🚚 Shipping & Delivery

1. How much does shipping cost?

We ship worldwide and offer two shipping options:

  • Expedited Shipping: $4.95

2. How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders typically ship within 5–8 business days.

  • Domestic: Please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for delivery.
  • International: Allow an additional 1–3 weeks, depending on location.

3. My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking numbers may take 1–3 days to appear in the carrier’s system. If issues persist, please contact Customer Service.

4. I need help with a late order.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (domestic) or 15 business days (international) from the time it was shipped, please contact Customer Service.

5. Where are your products made and shipped from?

Our company is proudly based in the United States, and we collaborate with reliable suppliers around the world, including the USA, China, and the European Union.

Most standard items—such as hoodies, t-shirts, tank tops, long sleeves, mugs, and hats—are printed and shipped directly from the USA to ensure top-quality production and quicker delivery for our customers.

Some specialty items—like shoes and all-over print products—are typically manufactured and shipped from Vietnam or China, depending on the specific product and supplier availability.

However, for long-lasting brilliance, we recommend avoiding direct and prolonged contact with water—such as swimming, showering, or intense workouts—as this may gradually affect the finish.
